Description

Shanghai APT Digoliner R Pipe Lining Technology is an innovative, eco-friendly solution for rehabilitating potable water and pressure pipelines without the use of harmful chemicals. Certified by TUV, the Digoliner R thermoplastic Folded and Formed PVC liners have shown exceptional performance in gravity sewers, culverts, and various non-pressurized utilities.

·Can be used for repairing pressure pipelines and drinking water pipelines;
·The material has excellent impact resistance and can be used for repairing pipelines under extreme loads (such as railway tracks and highways);
·The flexibility of the material (elongation at break exceeding 25%) makes it suitable for cyclic loading (such as along subway lines) and repair of pipelines in earthquake prone areas.

The PVC liners are manufactured into a unique “H” or “C” shape. After being pulled into the existing pipe, they are expanded using steam and compressed air, ensuring a precise fit and forming a resilient pipe-in-pipe system.
