Shanghai APT-CR Flexible steel wire PVC hose for water, it  is designed with steel wire embedded in the hose, widely used for suction and delivery of water, slurries, granules, powder, chemical in shipyards, agricultural and industrial applications.

Aptflex-CR PVC Steel Wire Hose Applications 

Designed for light duty discharge of liquids in agriculture, construction, civil engineering, mining, tank trucks, and water delivery at light working pressures in irrigation systems. Can also be used as jacket for cable or rope protection.
