Description
Shanghai APT SuperKam180 hose crimping machine force reaches 280T(2800 KN), with a crimping range of 3~89 mm and 14 sets of standard dies. Digital hydraulic hose crimping machine, fast crimp and superior quality.
Perfect single crimping of 6 layers of 2 inch rubber hose or 4 inch industrial hose. It is widely used for crimping high pressure hydraulic hose assembly in the mechanical engineering, steel pipes, large pipes and pipes in irregular shape etc.

Machine Head
SuperKam 180 hydraulic hose crimping machine is leading in terms of speed, precision, reliability and durability. Suitable for high strength pressure hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses, and designed to handle the high production volumes hoses.
CNC Control
The SuperKam 180 is equipped with computer numerical control operation panel which is more humanized than the ordinary ones. Computer numerical control operation system makes crimping more accurate, faster and simpler.
Easy Crimping
The SuperKam 180D rubber hose crimper is equipped with back-crimp device and rear-view mirror, which are very convenient for back end. SuperKam180D adopts radial-crimp master dies, and it have 160 mm large opening diameter, which is very suitable for the flange and 90° elbow fittings crimping works.
